Passionate about people-led strategy, she regularly solves problems for companies related to people attraction, acquisition, retention, internal communications, employer branding and growth.

Aylin has held key roles at companies like Compare the Market, Arm, Diversity-X, Scandit and River Island, driving employee growth and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Driven by a passion for transforming the world of work, Aylin runs a fractional portfolio covering culture, people, communications, leadership, management and neurodivergence burnout coaching.

Steph brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned HR administrator, providing invaluable support to both SMEs and corporate directors in navigating their people-related challenges.

With a solid background in recruitment, Steph has also played a pivotal role in assisting HR teams and independent HR consultants in enhancing their recruitment processes.
