We are delighted to launch our first round of People & Culture drop-in sessions as part of our commitment towards building Founder HR capability and meaningfully supporting the Cambridge ecosystem (and beyond). 

We understand that being an early stage and/or non-revenue generating company is challenging when you lack access to specific resources and expertise. So, we are opening up to 8 x 1 hour sessions every month and invite you to book one of the slots available to come and talk with us.

Bring along a question, topic or challenge related to people operations, talent, culture, leadership or 'HR' and we'll explore it together. We hope you will leave with clarity on what you will or won't do next.

Join us virtually or in-person at St Johns Innovation Centre in Cambridge.

Subject to demand, we intend to run these monthly.

The first sessions will take place on 23rd January (between 10am-2pm) and 30th January (between 12pm-4pm) and can be booked here. 

We understand that sometimes plans change. We kindly request that if you book a slot and later need to reschedule, you cancel the session ASAP as this may allow others to join instead.

These sessions are targeted towards:

- Individual contributor People professionals in startups and scaling companies
